A Snowy photo adventure with Miss Cunningham

One of the first things I found out about Kelli Cunningham when I met her was her love for snow. After the first snow of the 2015-2016 winter I asked Kelli if she wanted to go on a photo adventure in the snow and she instantly answered "yes" without hesitation.

We figured out a day that worked with our schedules (which is harder than one might think) and met early in the morning to drive around and find some fun places to play around and photograph. Of course, we needed coffee first thing before we started.

I had never been to John A. Finch Arboretum in the snow before so we decided to head there first. Kelli and I were the only people there so we played around in the snow for a while. And, because we had gotten our token Starbucks "red cups" we had to take some photos of those too :)

We decided to drive around after we left Finch, it was so nice to be able to just randomly stop and take photos, even on bridges and wave at drivers on the freeway...

We drove around on random roads in the Airway Heights area and discovered new places.

I think my favorite part of the trip was watching Kelli's face light up every time we drove to a new area and she saw the new landscape. I don't think I have ever seen her so happy!

Thank you Kelli for being so willing to gallivant around town with me!

P.S. Isn't her hair just gorgeous?!
